1. Complete the Eta Sigma Gamma Alpha Chapter Online Application for admission to the Alpha Chapter.
2. Complete the Eta Sigma Gamma Pledge Test over the ESG Initiation Manual. Download a copy of the ESG Initiation Manual.
3. You will be notified via e-mail on whether or not you have been accepted for Active Status one week after submitting your application.
4. Application for Active Status must be completed for an applicant to be eligible for membership during the present Academic Year.
5. You must have a GPA of 2.7 or higher to apply.

Step 2: Be an Active Initiate

1. Attend and participate in Chapter meetings and activities.
2. Serve on at least one Chapter committee.
3. Participate in one Chapter fundraiser for the community.

Step 3: Participate in the Annual Induction Ceremony

1. Submit membership fee of $55 two weeks prior to the Induction Ceremony.
